Really? No one else? OK. I picked up my pre-order yesterday and played for a few hours. I love what I see so far, the environments look great, as expected. I wasted no time getting my hands dirty, the first car I jacked was a police cruiser. The game will let you peruse the police database but nothing was in it yet. The cell phone is a great addition, instead of waiting on a phone call, you can take the initiative and call someone up. The in game blowling and pool were ho-hum (haven't played darts yet), I even caught a stand-up comedy act on tv that was actually pretty funny. The shooting system is much improved but the hand-to-hand is still fairly clunky. All in all it looks like it's going to be great fun.

The new vehicle physics are love/hate. You can't go nuts on vehicles like in the old GTAs. I actually find myself following other cars, stopping at lights, etc now. Powering around a curve is a learning processes that's for sure.
The bikes are great though, they feel jsut like the previous GTA games. Good speed great manueverabilty, etc.
I like the game a lot the best part is really the gun system, the cover system works great as well.
For pure entertainment, I rate this behind San Andreas. SA just had lots funny ass moments overall.
The whole dating thing plus keeping up with relationships is great and Niko himself is the most described character in the series so far, you really get a feel for him as a character versus the other GTAs. SA added to the character development that was pretty much nonexistent in Vice City and GTA3, but GTA4 pushes it up quite a few notches.
The graphics...I thought could have been better. The 1080p is just upscaled from a 600ish res so the game looks fairly washed out if you stand close to the TV compared to if you have a 720P native screen playing it in 720p. Everything is still worlds better than the PS2 GTAs (obviously new generation consoles right?).
Xbox360 or PS3...everyone who owns a next gen system should have this game.
