I noticed I'm much more aggressive in my recent posts on the guild website. Pricks, dicks not reading the rules on the site before bitching, off beat disrespectful attitudes, and just plain dickheads in general are making me buckle down more and more.
We're going through a whirlwind of new characters. Some may or may not visit the guild website and learn how things are done. Others may be lead astray by the douchebags who were new a month or 2 months ago.
We definitely have a handful of loud mouths now. One of them /gquit "Solshot" and now I have another on my list of people I'm adding red flags to "Totemicfury". Anyone who openly prides or admits to being a prick and communicates that way is a hillbilly's pube hair away from getting /gbooted already.
Anyways just wanted some input.

I like this side of Seraph, it's rare to see.  But really, whatever. It is kind of funny, you're usually so laid back... But the game isn't just ticking you off, it's ticking all of us off. Josh is the same way. Plus some people really bring it upon themselves. But I am going to bring up a serious issue about WoW, and I'm being honest... Because we've talked about it tons of times before etc. etc... We really need to decide if we're going to continue playing. Obviously we have an 60+ member guild we're running now, so we got that to handle... But Ulduar could still be a good month + off, and the game is boring as hell now. Sure that 10 man last night was kinda fun, but that's about it. Me and Israel were kind of talking / joking about stuff yesterday, but WAR is looking really fun again. Every chapter has PQs that are doable with 1-3 people, "Easy PQs", so you no longer need a ton of people around. Also they've brought back the Knight of the Blazing Sun and the Dwarven Slayer, aka Hammerer of old. Not saying we should play, but I just want to know what other people think. Like I told him yesterday, sometimes I wish we could just all quit WoW together, put a password on vent, and completely ignore all of these people so we don't have to deal with this crap anymore. Sure, Ulduar looks fun and all, but even that will only last for so long... And than what? 3-5 months before Icecrown? We should give it some thought. |

Im glad to see you are starting to get pissed...it shows you care. I have been investing alot of time and effort into this guild form the very start, everything form the web site, to the structure, to the rules and regs. I am glad you all at least care enough to get pissed when people try to shit on something we have been building for the last 5 - 6 months.
That said...WoW STILL can be fun...it really can. Im not trying to convince you guys, I mean its boring as fuck for me too most of the times. I think we just spend too much time with the trivial shit and the babbysitting, that we cant just log on to WoW and enjoy ourselves anymore.
I think its getting to the poitn where we DO have to make a choice, like Mike said. I would rather just flat out get rid of the problem people and situations RIGHT this second, before having to just "deal" with it longer and end up quitting the game all together.
So yeah, if it came down to it, I would log on WoW right now, /gboot 3 or 4 certain people. Tell EVERYONE to go read ALL the guild rules on the website...and then just leave us the fuck alone so we can play the game and at leats attempt to have fun without that lingering doubt in the background that we are going to have to clean up someone's mess or play middle man between some childish bullshit.
