For me...it's a close one between Chrono Trigger and Kingdom Hearts 2...but I went with Crono and gang.

Xenogears best story of all time and with the insane cool factor of playing as the character during fights or in your GEAR(BIG robot).
It also had a cool 2player VS mode at the Arena area

piss all that... ive played those games... all i can say the best is original FF7. theres nothing more to say. PERIOD. NOTHING. PERIOD.
