Probably a bunch of laptop parts in there. Save maybe the video card, but I'd wager it's a modded PCB equivalent.
Anyways, Dell doesn't like its customers upgrading their stuff on their own. They rather you buy a new machine, I remember they had a trade in feature years ago, no idea if they still do. It's real nice for LANNING...one stop shop sort of deal, but for a stationary PC? Why not just tuck your tower somewhere unseen, use wireless or bluetooth keyboard/mouse and wallah you visually have a PC that looks like it's just a flat panel monitor.

Yea thats exactly whats in there less maybe the hard drives....I imagine they are standard desktop drives. The trick to replacing parts in those things is either having a very very nice warranty or paying dell out the ass for it.
